Tai Chi -

offers a method of meditation in motion thus is a double cultivation of mind and body. The study is based on Qi Gong as a foundation for basic movement and possibly through to complex martial choreography involving solo, partner, and group work with weapons and self-protection practice.

Yoga -

is guided with a gentle to moderate orientation with an emphasis on core strengthening, stretching, coordination and endurance. It can also be used as a great basis for learning Tai Chi (Daoist Yoga), which could be considered yoga applied to movement and even martial arts.

Qi Gong -

is a mindful movement meditation method that is useful as a basis for learning Tai Chi, as well as for life.

Tuition: $15/ per hour or $20/ per 90 minutes

Qi Gong

Tuesday & Thursday - 10:00 - 11:00 A.M.

Sunday - 6:00 - 7:00 P.M.

Private sessions: $60/ per hour
